What should I do if my flight is delayed or changed?
Contact the channel in your booking confirmation with your inquiry or booking reference, original flight number and updated arrival details. Stay reachable after landing. Meeting and vehicle arrangements will be reviewed; any waiting or change charges follow the agreed booking terms.
Where do I meet the airport representative?
For international arrivals, complete immigration, collect your bags and pass customs before entering the public arrivals lobby. Narita and Haneda have different terminals. Follow the terminal, exit and meeting instructions in your confirmation. If you cannot find the representative, contact us before moving to another terminal.
How are pickup time and waiting agreed?
Landing time is not the time you leave the arrivals lobby. Supply your flight and preferred pickup time, or choose “to confirm”. The written quotation or confirmation explains pickup arrangements, when waiting begins, what is included and any extra charges. A universal free-waiting allowance is not promised on this site.
Are tolls and parking included?
Check the inclusions in your individual quotation. The vehicle, driver, agreed service hours, tolls, parking, airport waiting and requested equipment are reviewed together. An inquiry starts this review; it does not reserve a vehicle or confirm the final price.
