Confirm tolls, parking, overtime, waiting, late-night service, repositioning, driver lodging and special equipment separately.
Guides, admission and meals
Driver service and a dedicated tour guide are different arrangements. Guides, luggage vehicles, admission and meals are confirmed separately when requested.
Payment and cancellation
Agree payment deadline, method, cancellation charges and refunds in writing before confirming.

Does the chauffeur also provide tour guiding?
Chauffeur transport and professional guiding are separate services. Request guiding, escorting or interpretation when you inquire.
Is every vehicle shown guaranteed?
Model, actual seats, luggage capacity and equipment are confirmed for the date, region and safety requirements.
