Sending an inquiry does not confirm a reservation. A booking exists only after written confirmation by both parties.

Cancellation timing, fees, refunds and flight or weather changes follow the written conditions issued and accepted for each booking.

To change or cancel, contact the channel shown in the booking confirmation as early as possible and provide the booking details.
The mutually confirmed quotation, booking confirmation or contract governs the service scope, carrier, vehicle, payment and cancellation terms.
