You may request changes or upload your own itinerary. We review feasibility against your starting point, stop order, driving time and operating scope. Changes after confirmation require another review; extra stops cannot be assumed to fit the original time or price.

Check each facility’s official information for booking requirements and operating status. A transport inquiry does not automatically include admission, meals, cruises or ropeway tickets. Share existing reservation times, or request separate arrangement assistance so scope, fees and availability can be confirmed.

Sample itineraries allow adjustments. Tell us your essential stops and any flight or train deadlines. Actual conditions may require an agreed change of order, shorter stops or alternatives. Some Hakone transport facilities, for example, can suspend service for weather or maintenance.

A vehicle and driver service does not automatically include a guide throughout the itinerary. Request accompaniment, explanations or a particular communication language separately. The final quotation and confirmation define driver duties, guide arrangements, admission and waiting.
