Seats and guests
Manufacturer layouts vary. Do not conflate Premium Cabin, 25-seat and 29-seat versions. Guest capacity follows the assigned registration after occupied crew seats are deducted.
Cabin and seats
Seat spacing, backrests, aisle and door configuration vary by grade and layout. Official high-back photos describe their pictured version, not every vehicle.
Luggage and boot
Certain long-body 25-seat variants have a larger rear cargo area; 29-seat variants use a different storage arrangement. Check photos and dimensions rather than promising one large case per person.
Before vehicle allocation
Provide group size, any on-board guide, a bag inventory and meeting point. Confirm steps, aisle and boarding assistance for reduced-mobility guests.

List small, medium and large cases separately. Maximum seating does not mean maximum luggage at the same time.
Golf / strollers / wheelchairs
Send folded dimensions, counts and stacking restrictions; loading and boarding must be checked.
Suitcase inch labels are only a rough category. Use outer dimensions including wheels and handles. Children count as guests and child seats require suitable seating.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose a vehicle for my guests and luggage?
Provide the total guest count, including children and excluding the driver, plus luggage quantities and sizes. Seats and luggage space must be assessed together: full seating does not necessarily leave room for a large suitcase per guest. Choose “help me select” when you are unsure.
How do I request child seats?
Tell us the number required, each child’s age and height, and whether you will bring your own seat. We will review suitability for the vehicle. Selecting a form option does not reserve equipment; availability, fitting conditions and any charge must be confirmed before booking.
Will the vehicle match the website photograph exactly?
Photographs illustrate models and reference configurations; they do not allocate a specific vehicle. Year, seating, colour and equipment can differ within a model. Add any essential configuration to your inquiry and rely on the final written vehicle confirmation.
Can I bring golf bags, a stroller or a folding wheelchair?
Send quantities, folded dimensions and stacking restrictions. We review loading together with your guest count and other bags. For bulky luggage we can compare larger vehicles, multiple vehicles or a separate luggage vehicle, subject to confirmation. Model names alone do not guarantee capacity.
